He leads the development team in Device Forensic, fueled by passion to create the best IMEI diagnostic solution available. Shelton lives in Anaheim, CA with his wife, son and daughter.

Troy is a 28-year veteran of the wireless industry and serves as the Business Development Manager of Device Forensic. He is responsible for project management strategies improving the efficiency of IMEI data accumulation and configuration.
