How much IMEI does information can Device Forensic provide?

How long does it take to get results and how many IMEI’s can be submitted?

Most individual queries are returned in 4 to 10 seconds! Large quantities of IMEI’s can be submitted 1000’s at a time with most services.

API endpoints are tailored to your company specifications and available within 48 hours of activating the service.

How many IMEI’s or Serial numbers can be submitted at once?

The interface is set up so you can submit 1000’s at a time. You’ll have the ability to view the status of each IMEI during the process. No waiting until the whole report is finished! Our API constantly reports data without interruption.

What limits are there in submission of data points?

None! (We’ve not seen that threshold reached as a number of our aggregators have submitted tens of thousands daily).

How many different model types do you support?

What if I don’t know what type of phone that mystery IMEI belongs too?

Use the TAC (Type Allocation Code) to correctly identify the model so you know which service to check it against.

How can I get the information from the result of each service?

Downloadable Excel/CSV spreadsheets, Searchable History, Intergraded API and even Printable Barcodes with all the data included!

Do we have the ability to access the Device Forensic API though our own system?

You can access our API and data points with using your current integrations. Our technicians are available to help guide you through what is possible.

How can we access our results?

The most popular way to access our information is through an integrated API. You can also search the web interface for your data using a list of IMEI’s, Order Numbers and by Date.

How can I keep track of how many and types of IMEI checks I’ve run?

The web interface has analytics available where you can view quantities and types of services ran completely searchable by date.

Where does this insight into each IMEI come from?

Direct OEM manufacturer data, Carriers and a variety of Industry Partnerships. As an official partner of the GSMA we are able to provide up to date information from the Worldwide Blocklist Database.
